    1. Q: Is it possible to wear with prescription eye glasses

      A: Due to the unique internal displays, XR Goggles is currently not compatible with eye glasses

    2. Q: Can the cable be disconnected between the handheld and the goggles?

      A: When not in use, the handheld unit cable is detachable for the goggles for easy storage

    3. Q: How long does the battery last?

      A: Up to 4 hours of continuous use on a single charge.

    4. Q: What happens if the handheld is out of battery?

      A: The goggles automatically switch to transparent mode when VIEW-XR is not active

    5. Q: Is a warranty provided?

      A: We provide a limited warranty for a period of one years from the original date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
